Baramullah, February 13: Army’s Rastriya Rifles Mahura Camp averted a major tragedy when a high tension line fell on a regular supply line at Kandharwan Mohalla of village Muhura in North Kashmir’s Baramulla District, causing short circuit to whole area.
Sources said that “All sockets and wiring of houses burnt causing fire due to sudden increase in voltage”
Locals told that “We are thankful to army as they received the news about the incident in our Mohalla, they (Army) along with their firefighting equipment’s and medical aids rushed to our village and helped our locals in cutting off the main supply and supply to houses thus minimizing the loss to the life and property”.
