Man trapped in flood rescued in Jammu region

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday rescued a man trapped in flash floods in Rajouri district of Jammu region.

Kalam Din, 40, a resident of Kanara village in Nowshera in Rajouri district, got trapped in the Jameer Nallah following flash floods, a senior police officer told Media Sources in Jammu on Friday.

“Putting their lives at risk, police personnel of Nowshera police station with the army’s assistance managed to rescue the trapped person.”
