Jammu, February 17: There are reports saying that Mehbooba has conveyed her willingness to begin the process of Government formation along with the general secretary of Bhartiya Janta Party before the start of Budget session. As such then, it is being speculated that the political stalemate of the state may get over very soon.
On the other hand, the other members of former coalition government of the state BJP are also of the view that the deadlock over government formation in J&K should also end soon as more delay will lead to more confusion and uncertainty.
Pertinently, the Budget session of Parliament is going to begin from February 23.

The meeting was called a courtesy call regarding the 40th day of mourning for late Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. The BJP also claimed that the leaders did not discuss anything political there. However, sources were of the view that Ram Madhav was briefed about the discussions which were held at the meeting.
