Baramulla, Oct 29: The “terror infrastructure” continues to exist across the border and  hundreds of militants getting training in the training camps in the Pakistan-administered-Kashmir are desperate to cross LoC before snowfall,  General Officer Commanding (GoC) of 19 Infantry Division Baramulla, Major General RP Kalita said today.

He said “hundreds of militants are present at launch pads across the LoC and they are desperate to cross over.”

“This is why Pakistan Army is violating the ceasefire along LoC to provide cover to the infiltrators,” the Army officer said.

“With steep fall in infiltration in Baramulla sector, there is surge in ceasefire violations by Pakistan Army as they want to push more militants to this side before snowfall, that is likely in next month. Terror infrastructure continues to exist across the border and militant training camps are still active across the LoC,” said GoC 19 Infantry Division, Major General RP Kalita said while talking to media on the sidelines of ‘Jash-ne-Hafazat’ function held at Thamya Hall, Baramulla.
