Unidentified persons shot and severely injured mobile tower owner’s son in North Kashmir


Some ‘unidentified’ persons shot at and severely injured son of a Mobile Tower Owner in North Kashmir’s Baramullah district Wednesday evening.

Reports said that Bilal Ahmad Nazru, son of Ali Muhammad Nazru, a resident of Armmohalla, Pattan in Baramulla district is severely injured.

Shops Closed

JK police confirmed the incident and said the injured has been shifted to Bone and Joints Hospital Srinagar.

It is the third attack on persons related with telecom companies. Meanwhile two persons were killed from last Monday.

On other hand all shops and business establishments are closed down in Sopore and Pattan town of Baramullah district. Local youth of Pattan and Sopore area are living under threat from last one week as some unknown militant outfit “Lashkar Islam” gave a treat call telecom companies to shut their services in Baramullah district.

Police is investigating the matter and all separatist leaders condemned this incident.
