Rajouri: A boy from Nagaland, who lived in Sunderbani was killed under mysterious conditions which triggered
Jisithu, son of Surhorto from Nagaland, worked as a helper for a private telecom company and had come to Sunderbani for a project.
On Thursday morning, the locals were stunned to find a body near the cremation ground and immediately informed the police about it. The body was taken to the Govt Hospital in Sunderbani where after hours of struggle, the authorities were finally able to identify it.
As per the SHO Sunderbani, Ravindra Singh, Jisithu had intense head injuries and the body was drenched in blood when the locals found it.
According to the preliminary invesitgation, he had been struck with a sharp object on his head, and bled to death.
The body was then sent for postmortem and the family was informed. Meanwhile a case has been registered by the police and investigation has started.
