JAMMU: Former Chief Minister and National Conference (NC) working president Omar Abdullah today agreed that Governor N N Vohra should dissolve the Jammu and Kashmir assembly and hold fresh elections as nobody knows what the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is demanding from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP). This was stated by NC working president while responding to a tweet on the micro-blogging website Twitter which said PDP-BJP indecisiveness on the government formation in J&K can’t be to infinity. He said, “Couldn’t agree with you more. It’s been 7 weeks & we don’t know what, if anything, Ms Mufti’s demanding from the BJP”.
It is pertinent to mention here that Governor rule was imposed in the state on January, 8 following the death of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed who breathed his last on Jan 7 in AIIMS, New Delhi.
