NSUI activists stage protest
Jammu, May 16: National Student’s Union of India (NSUI) today staged a protest against the hike in petrol prices. The NSUI activists travelled on a cart in the city and raised slogans. The activists also staged protest against the central government which is going to complete one year tenure. The programme was held under the supervision of Uday Bhanoo Chib National Secretary NSUI and Fairoz khan National secretary NSUI and was organised by Neeraj Kundan State President NSUI J&K.
Neeraj Kundan reminded the NSUI activists that during the parliamentary elections promises were made to bring back black money within 100 days only fake promises were made. He also said that the activists staged a protest like this due to the hike in the petrol prices of Rs. 7 per litre in the recent 15 days.
Among others, Raqeeq Khan and Amjad Bhat Vice Presidents NSUI, Ajay Kumar National Delegate NSUI, Sunny Parihar District President Jammu NSUI, Sahil Singh Langeh, Nishant Gupta and Ranjodh Singh were also present in the demonstration.
