Omar Abdullah lampoons BJP and PDP partnership again
Jammu and Kashmir News
National Conference leader and former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah ridiculed the PDP BJP coalition saying that it was surprising to see quite a few leaders from Congress but it was even more surprising to see barely anyone from the PDP’s coalition partner BJP at CM Mufti’s Iftar party last evening.
He said that these are clear indications of the differences between the two partners and no one cam deny that there are huge differences between the two. He said that yesterday there was an Iftar and not a single BJP central leader was present there. “If they didn’t have a cracked union, someone from the BJP would have been present there,” he added saying that some senior leaders from Congress were also present at the party.
“The two have just come together for power, to fool people and just worsen the situation. There is huge tension between the two,” he said while criticizing the partnership. J&K’s Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh was the only leader present at the Iftar party hosted by Mufti.
