Padder Announces Rs. 4 lakh for ‘’Chogalpora’’ village
ANANTNAG, MAY 04: Present Coalition Government will ensure the implementation of developmental agenda and people will clearly feel it on the ground which will include the better connectivity through development of roads, supply of power, adequate drinking water and essential commodities besides quality educational and better healthcare facilities.
This was stated by the Minister of State for Forests, PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control, Mr. Abdul Majeed Padder while addressing a public meeting at Chogalpora Noorabad today.
Mr. Padder said that the present government having a decisive mandate will certainly work for the welfare of the people through completion of the incomplete and left over projects which mainly include the roads, water supply schemes, health and educational infrastructure, bridges and development of tourist destinations.
Responding to the local demands put forward in the shape of memorandum, the Minister said that the developmental works including repairs of recent flood hit irrigation canals and protection bunds will be taken in hand soon. He announced Rs. 2 lakh for development of Sports Stadium and Rs. 2 lakh for purchase of new transformers for ‘’Chogalpora’’ village. Mr. Padder also said that Government will provide ration on 2011 census.
The Minister also addressed public meeting at Khul Ahmadabad were in he instructed the officers to work with more zeal and dedication for welfare of public.
