JAMMU: Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Ghulam Nabi Azad has expressed his concern over the stalled developmental works and asked Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to come out with the concrete solution on the formation of government. This was stated by Ghulam Nabi Azad while talking to the media persons at the sidelines of the function.
He said that presently there is no snow and development can begin now as this is the time that there should be an elected government in place.
