Peerzada distributes engagement order among 86 Teachers



KOKERNAG: The Government has taken several measure for taking education at the door steps of students residing in rural and far flung areas, stated by the Minister for Public Enterprises, Hajj and Aquaf, Mr Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed at the function organised for engagement of contractual Teachers in Education Department here today.
The Minister handed over the appointment letters to 86 contractual Teachers in three zones including Achabal, Bider and Vailoo.
Speaking on the occasion the Minister said that the government has started several initiatives to develop the infrastructure in education sector besides upgradation of school buildings and deploying sufficient staff.
Mr Peerzada said that the pace of various schemes like SSA, mobile schools, MDM has been accelerated and these have been instrumental in changing the socio economic profile of rural youths besides reducing the drop out numbers of students from the schools. He stressed upon the students to come forward and take benefit of various schemes launched their betterment.
Mr Peerzada gave an overview of developmental activities initiated in recent years and said the constituency has significantly benefited by various welfare schemes. “The rhythm of development will get further fillip in the ensuing years and every effort will be made to fulfill the aspirations of the people of all the areas”, he maintained
