Plans for Valley unrest from much before Burhan’s killing: Pakistani Terrorist

JAMMU, Aug 31: Reports of a local Jammu-based daily claim that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) during its one week in Jammu and Kashmir has found out that the present violence was planned much before Burhan Wani was even neutralised.

A Pakistani Terrorist caught alive earlier this year in Kashmir in July, Bahadur Ali, according to the report has revealed plan of his masters from across the border.

Bahadur Ali had confessed to the NIA about infiltration into the valley and the fact that after infiltration his bosses had directed his team to take advantage of the unrest to infiltrate into the Valley.

According to the report, the planning of violence in Kashmir had been done from before itself and it was a coincidence that Burhan Wani was killed on July 8, 2016.

Bahadur Ali has supposedly also confessed that he was instructed by his handlers in Pakistan to stand behind the stone pelters and hurl grenades at the security forces.

Also, it has been found in the NIA probe that separatists and their sympathisers had opened accounts in the name of the poor in May itself.

One account belonging to a plumber who barely earned Rs 6,000 per month had remittances of Rs 18 lakh between May and June. The money was withdrawn in four instalments and the account was closed.

The NIA says that they have managed to ascertain that this money was used to fuel the unrest.
