Police rescue minor girl kidnapped for fifteen days by a local
Jammu, September 05: After staying in the grip of kidnapper for fifteen days, a minor girl has been rescued by Rajouri police and arrested the kidnapper who had abducted her in a remote village that falls under the jurisdiction of Kotranka Police Station.
As per details provided by police, A man named Shah Mohd resident of village Gundha lodged complaint on August 18 that Parviaz Ahmed resident of village Hubi (Kandi) allegedly kidnapped his 14 years old sister Tazeem Begam and kept him at his place which is about 40 kms aways from the residence of the victim minor girl.
The police then registered a complaint against the accused under sections 342/363 RPC (FIR63/15) at Budhal Police Station and a team started search of the girl and accused under the supervision of inspector Kuldeep Raj. The police team after rounding up several suspects and conducting raids at a number of places rescued the girl from a house in village Kandi.
