Priya, Yudhvir inaugurate TIMTS campus


Jammu March 20: Minister of State for Education, Tourism and Culture, Priya Sethi in presence of  BJP State Vice President, Yudhvir Sethi today inaugurated Times Institute of Management & Technical Studies ( TIMTS) campus here today at Gandhi Nagar.

With its first Artificial Intelligence & Robotic Sciences Institute in Jammu, TIMTS has taken its tally to 43 eCampuses across India with an objective to bring the expertise in successfully running the concept of offline and virtual education.

Speaking on the occasion, Priya Sethi hoped that courses offered by TIMTS will generate enough employability amongst the youth of Jammu and Kashmir. She said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics are most sought-after courses in the world and presence of an institute that offers training on these subjects is sure to do well.

Priya Sethi added that corporate houses and government departments now are switching over to AI and best quality content and training against best prices offered by the TIMTS will help students seek good employment. Going through the courses being offered by the institute that covers all engineering streams as well as management, the Minister said Under-Graduate, Graduate or Post Graduate courses will have something for everyone.

Yudhvir Sethi is his address said Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Robotic Sciences is quite popular amongst youngsters and the subject matter specialists address very much in Freeman in the corporate sector. It’s not only in engineering but even in medicine, sports science, education and hospitality industry AI is playing a major role in transforming people’s lives.

He hoped that state of art facility at the e-Campuses will provide Classroom training, Virtual Training and On-Campus Training by experts which will that help students get excellent exposure. He asked the management of TIMTS to work with a vision to signify the quality of education in the region.
