2013 was a year when Government Job Seekers in J&K had a great time in thought. 2013 saw bountiful announcements for recruitment in Government Sector. A former CM had announced 80,000 jobs to the unemployed youth in different State Government Departments under the District, Division and State Cadre.
Vacancies of a great number were announced in the J&K Fire and Emergency Services as well which were for Non-Gazetted posts.
The Department had issued two separate Advertisements viz Advt No 1 of 2013 and Advt No. 2 of 2013.

J&K Fire and Emergency Services Advt No 2: Vacancy Details
My complaint regards the farcical delay in revealing the results of the examination for recruitment of posts mentioned above. The recruitment process for this department has been insensitively and mysteriously, very slow. I applied for the post of fireman in 2013 and cleared all the physical standards in 2014. I also took the written test in 2015 and the process has taken 3 years already but the department has failed to declare the results.
It is distressing as well as incomprehensible as to why the department would delay the results by so much. Through this medium, I would like to appeal to the government to kindly look into the matter and complete the recruitment process at the earliest.
