Sex viral video : Police arrest the accused; clip of another student goes viral


The  Police on Sunday caught the male student seen in the viral sex video featuring intimate moments between him and his college friend.

The accused, identified as Pabitra Nayak, was later sent for medical examination. Nayak had been absconding since the sex video allegedly recorded by him went viral on the Internet.

A video featuring intimate moments between a youth and a minor girl, both students of a college has gone viral on social media.

According to reports, the clip features a +3 second year boy and a +2 first year girl of a particular college here. The boy allegedly recorded the video and shared it with some of his friends. The clip later got uploaded on social media and went viral.


While the video surfaced on social media and WhatsApp 4-5 days ago, the family members of the girl student lodged a complaint against the boy at Khandapada police station last evening after they came to know about the incident. They have leveled allegations of rape against the boy in the FIR.

In the meantime, a sex video of another college student has emerged in Odisha. It is the second such video to have gone viral in the last five days. The Derabish Police have held two college students in connection with the incident, reported Kalinga TV. The students have been identified as 20-year-old Soumyaranjan Behera (prime accused) and his friend 19-year-old friend Tapas Kumar Rona. “Based on the complaint of a third-year student of the Government Polytechnic here (Kendrapara), we have detained two persons. The girl alleged that one of them forcibly established an illegal relationship with her, filmed the act and made the obscene video of their intimate moments viral on social media,” SDPO Rajiv Lochan Panda said.

In a bid to catch the accused in Nayagarh district sex video case, the Odisha Police had conducted raids at several places. The clip showed the +3 second year boy and the +2 first year girl of a college near Kantilo in Nayagarh district, reported The Pioneer. The boy allegedly shot the video and shared it with some of his friends. The clip was later found to be doing the rounds on the social media and became viral. It was also shared on WhatsApp.

 The college authorities have rusticated both the students.
