Shopkeeper booked for selling expired items in Srinagar
Srinagar July 02: Srinagar police has booked a shopkeeper for selling expired essential commodities in Panthachowk area here this afternoon.
On a tip off, a police party of Police Station Panthachowk raided a shop at Khonmu. On checking of the shop, police recovered expired essential commodities, which included edible oil, ghee and milk. The expired items were seized and shopkeeper has been taken into custody. Panthachowk police has registered a case against the offender.
