The two accused confessed to killing Deepanshu and told the police that they had consumed liquor together and got into a brawl with the victim around 10 pm on Sunday. They said that they strangled Deepanshu in a fit of rage after he misbehaved with them.
They cut his body into two pieces and stuffed it into a suitcase with the purpose to dispose of it.
