Despite of the heart-winning efforts of the Indian Armed Forces, the Kashmir residents are disappointed about the delay of the rescue efforts. At some places people even attacked the army vehicles pelting stones and showing their despondency. Residents showed their rage today as the emergency of the situation is still not fulfilled as per their expectations. Complaints were even encountered for the poor living conditions in the camps. “The army is working hard. What I want to know is what is the state’s contribution?” asked Iqbal, one of the stranded resident after being air-lifted this Tuesday night. The victims anticipate a rushed service and support, the panic is also about the lack of information regarding their missing relatives, telecommunication services are still hindered and not recovered completely yet encouraging their anguish about government’s efforts.
