TEACHERS TOUR TO JAMMU, DELHI AND AGRA ‘FLAGGED IN’
Jammu : The local teachers who were on a ten days tour from 09 to 17 September 2014, finally came back with better ideas and ways of providing quality education to the young minds of Reasi District, Talwara based Rashtriya Rifles under Uniform Force conducted a National Integration Tour for teachers to Jammu, Delhi and Agra. The teachers are the moulders of opinion and give shape and directions to the young minds. They have the capability to change the outlook and attitude of young generation towards development and prosperity. The teachers from Jammu and Kashmir especially have a pivotal role in giving proper guidance in all respects to the terrorism stricken region.
The itinerary of the tour included visit to renowned institutes/ places, some of them were National Heritage Museums, various educational Institutes, Career Guidance Nodes and other places of historical interest too. The ‘Flagging In’ ceremony was done by General Officer Commanding, Uniform Force, today. The ceremony was attended by Army personnels, civilians, during which the teachers shared their experience gained from the tour and teaching aspects which can be implemented in the local schools. They also thanked the battalion for executing such tour which had great learning value and giving exposure to modern schools and teaching techniques, which will now be passed on to the young students.
