Telugu actor Chalapathi Rao; booked for his lewd comment on Girls says ‘Girls are Useful in bed’
A day after his lewd comments against women, Telugu actor Chalapathi Rao has been booked for the same in Hyderabad.
For the unversed, senior actor Chalapathi Rao at the pre-release function of Telugu movie ‘Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam’ said that ‘girls are not harmful, but they are useful on bed.’
This comment comes in response of a dialogue in the movie, which says, ‘girls are injurious to mental peace.’
Interestingly, the event, at which Chalapathi made those comments, went live on a few Telugu channels.
The senior actor has been booked under section 354 a (IV), 509 IPC at Saroor Nagar Police Station for his controversial remark on women.
Another Telugu actor Nagarjuna reacted to his comments and compared Chalapathi to a ‘dinosaur.’
The 57-year-old-actor took to Twitter and slammed his comments by writing, “I always respect women personally and in my films/I definitely do not agree wt Chalapati rao’s derogatory comments/dinosaurs do not exist!!”
