Thief steals Jammu’s Senior Advocate’s car, leaves own
Jammu March 24: The Pir Mitha area of Jammu city has thrown up a new type of theft case. The thief in question, stole a car and left own vehicle behind.
The car left behind has no documents or a registration number plate for that matter and that makes the purpose behind the theft of the car interesting.
The stolen car bearing registration number JK02AB 5005 belongs to a senior advocate of the Jammu High Court, D.S. Chauhan. SHO Pir Mitha, Javed Malik has said that a investigation into the case has been started.
The Wagon-R car was stolen from parking in Dalpattian area and Chauhan found out only in the morning while leaving for work. His car had been replaced with another car without a registration number.
The police at the moment is trying to ascertain where does the stolen car belong to. Many cases of vehicle and car tyre-thefts have come to light in the recent past.
