Jammu, August 2 : Three boys were arrested for impersonating as other students in class 10 examinations in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, police said today.
During the raid and after verification, three proxy candidates — Abdul Qayoom, Mohd Fareed and Shiraz Ahmad (all between 15-16 years of age) — were apprehended and were found to be impersonating for Mohd Aftab, Rafi Pervez and Mohd Sabir respectively, police said.
A case has been registered under section of Prevention of Unfair Means Examination Act and an investigation is underway, they said.
