Tral observes shutdown for second day
Tral : Shutdown is being observed in Tral township for second consecutive day to mourn the two civilian deaths after a grenade attack on a senior PDP leader and Works Minister, Naeem Akhter on Thurdsay.
All the shops, business establishments, schools and other offices are shut while public transport is off the roads.
Locals alleged that forces fired pellets on civilians after the attack near bus stand Tral, leading to injuries to several civilians.
A total of 31 people were injured, most of them civilians while two succumbed to injuries on way to SDH Tral.
