Uncle chops off Nephew’s finger during a dispute

Jammu, August 12: Police have registered a case of very uncanny act where a person chopped off his nephew’s finger over a petty issue in Shikha Peer, Marh falling under the jurisdiction of Kanhachak Police Station.

Police sources said that the victim has been identified as Gulshan Kumar son of Ram Lal of Shikha Peer, Marh.

According to victim’s statement, Ram Lal and his elder brother had some dispute and heated verbal dual took ugly turn when his brother attacked his 16 year-old son Gulshan with a sharp agricultural tool i.e. sickle (Darat) who saved the blow but got his fingers of right hand cut severely

Profusely bleeding Gulshan Kumar was rushed to Govt Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu for medical treatment. Meanwhile concerned police have registered a case at Kanachak police station and further investigation is going on.
