Unprovoked firing, shelling by Pakistan rangers continued during whole night

Jammu, July 06: Unprovoked firing and shelling by Pakistan rangers continued during the whole night intermittently.

Pakistani rangers targeted six numbers of BSF posts in Arnia sector of Jammu since 7 pm last evening.

BSF spokesman said that earlier the fire was consisted of small arms only. Later Pakistani rangers lobbed 82 mortar bombs in civilian areas and on BSF posts. BSF troops retaliated the fire be fittingly. There was no cross border firing after 5 am today.

Yet no loss of men and material has been reported so far.
