Mar 14, 2017 Jammu : State Vigilance Organization on Tuesday arrested the Chief Executive officer (CEO) of Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA) in an alleged case of misappropriation of funds. He was found guilty in a FIR number 10/ 2015. Sources told that Shafqat Sultan, CEO JAKEDA was arrested after an investigation found him guilty in buying solar lights at exorbitant rates, thereby causing loss to the state exchequer. Tendering process was also violated to favour a particular agency, sources added.
