Jammu, September 19: Shocking revelations has been made in the raid conducted yesterday at the residence of Kewal Krishan Sharma, PRO to the former Dy CM Tara Chand. The raid was conducted on Friday by State Vigilance Organization which revealed that the PRO has huge property including palatial bungalows, a fleet of luxury vehicles, lands at various locations, big bank accounts and cash.
After conducting the raid, State Vigilance Organization found out that the former PRO has a huge property that includes One double storey house at Patta Paloura, Jammu, One residential house constructed at Border Migrant Colony at (Paluwan) Akhnoor,One residential house constructed at ancestral village (Dhangar), Kachrial, renovation and extension of ancestral house at village Kachrial and 17 marla land in Khasra No.1312 Patta Paloura, Jammu.
Also, he has a convoy of luxury vehicles including Tata Safari, Mahindra Scorpio and a 4X4 Thar Jeep and commercial vehicles i.e. bus Volvo, Matador and Tractor (mostly benami). He has visited foreign countries several times in violation of service conduct rules and norms and had incurred huge expenses.
Also during the raid, it was revealed that the suspect owns different bank accounts in his name, his son and close relative to make transactions of over Rs.4.00 crores during period of 2013-2014.
K K Sharma who was deputed as Forest Guard was previously alleged of corruption including class IV recruitment scam with ex-Chief Education Officer (CEO) Jammu Tarsem Lal, had been hitting headlines by leveling serious allegations on the former Dy CM lately.
