Jammu: It has become increasingly common these days to hear about the robberies of car tyres, stereos, window-panes etc. and the victim cars are mostly those parked on the roads in the night.
A similar case happened on the interval night of May 17 and 18 where tyres of a Santro car standing on Rehari bridge were removed by mischievous elements during the night. These elements seldom bother about the miseries faced by the people once the theft is concluded. With the increasing number of vehicles in the city the people have don’t have ample space to park their vehicles in their houses and so they are forced to park their vehicles on the roads at nightfall.
The police needs to deal with these elements strictly so that the number of thefts come down and also that these elements think twice before commitment of such dastardly acts.
