At the wedding of Maharaj Krishna’s daughter, the local Muslims reportedly made all the arrangements for the wedding. The celebration continued for at least a week, even though Muslims were observing Ramadan.
The locals, both Hindus and Muslims, requested the media to not cover the ceremony as they didn’t want to make it look like a political agenda.
“We did help them with arrangements for almost a month but it isn’t something which we do for publicity as we consider them our own. Islam teaches us these values,” President Traders Association Kralkhud, Abdul Rouf Mali told Rising Kashmir.
