Wife jailed for killing husband with her paramour in Gharota
Jammu, November 07: A woman has killed her husband along with her paramour in a village called Gharota located in the city outskirts of winter capital. While the police have arrested the lady, her beloved has succeed in running away.
As reported in a local daily, the dead man has been identified as Vir Singh. Vir was 32 and belonged to Jahagir, Chhattisgarh. He was presently living in Gharota with his wife Tulsi and used to work in a Brick kiln. The police got to know about the murder after some local residents of the area spotted the body of deceased in his hut.
The police on getting the information, immediately rushed to the spot took custody of the body besides collecting circumstantial evidences from crime spot including a bottle of Beer from the hut.
The paramour has also been identified by police as Amritpal who used to work with Vir and Tulsi in the Brick Kiln. The wife of the deceased has confessed the crime during sustained questioning by police. She added that her beau Amritpal was also involved in the murder and he ran away after killing Vir Singh.
The police has registered the murder care under FIR no 92/15 under section 302 of RPC and arrested the lady while massive haunt has been launched to nab the absconding Amritpal.
