Winter Chill Arrives In Srinagar, Manali, Shimla, Nainital, Mussoorie
By the end of this week, the minimum temperature in Manali, Kalpa, and Kelong will be around 2-3 degrees Celsius. Even in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Srinagar, the night temperature will be around 2-3 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, mercury in Katra, Dharamsala, Kullu, and Shimla may be recorded between 8 and 12 degree Celsius. The minimum temperature in Almora, Pithoragarh, Joshimath, Nainital, Mussoorie, and Tehri will be recorded between 5 and 10 degrees around normal.
The temperature in the three hilly states will gradually fall further. This has led to the cold winter mornings and night in most parts. While the sky will be clear during the day, bright sunshine will remain. It is the most favorable time to take a trip to the hills as the weather is perfect for enjoying the serene beauty of the region. However, if you want to travel to the hills to see the snowfall, then this is not the appropriate time.
