Yawar Dilawar for introducing moral education in curriculum

KUPWARA, AUGUST 02- MLA, Rafiabad, Yawar Dilawar  Mir has called for including moral education in the school curriculum to build an evil free society.

Speaking at the two days Seminar cum religious congregation organised  on the eve of  123rd Annual Urs of   Darbar-E-Aliya-Younisa  at  Awoora ,Kupwara  today  ,Yawar said that inculcating moral values among youth was imperative to develop a sound and  spiritually strong society adding that introduction of moral education in the school curriculum is the best way to achieve desired results in this regard. “ unless we have a  feeling of compassion  by conviction towards destitute and suffering masses , the concept of an evil free society is incomplete ,” Yawar  said adding that teaching moralility to the students,  at least up to  Middle and High class  standard  should be our main focus.

The celebrations were held under the   guidance and leadership of Al-Haaj Baji-Miyan-Muhammad-Maqbool-Naqashbandi Sajada- Nasheen Darbar-E-Aliya-Younisa . A large number of devotees from various parts of the adjoining states like Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana etc attended the two day Urs. During the congregation religious scholars threw light upon multidimensional and multifaceted Islamic teaching including Hadith, Suna fiqa and true Islamic ideology and spirit. In his address Sajada-Nasheen Al-Haaj Peer-Miyan-Muhammad-Maqbool- promotion and protection of humanity and human values and highlighting the positive aspects of Islam, and advised the gathering to spread the message of love, peace and brother hood” Baji-Sahaib said that Sufisim teaches universal brotherhood and humanity. The congregation ended with collective prayers for universal peace, progress and prosperity of state.
