Jammu, May 15: The unemployed youth of West Pakistani Refugees were again denied to participate in the recruitment rally of defence forces because of the non-availability of domicile and Permanent Resident Certificates (PRCs). However assurances were given to the West Pakistani Refugees by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rajnath Singh.

On May 7, during a meeting with the Prime Minister an assurance was given to the West Pakistan Refugees that will be allowed to participate in the recruitment rallies of the defence forces. But when the youth of West Pak refugees went today for participation in the rally they were not allowed because of the non-availibility of domicile certificates or PRCs, The Tribune quoted chairman of West Pak Refugees Labha Ram Gandhi. The BJP leaders have called Gandhi to Delhi on May 28 for another meeting.
