Jammu: Criticizing the drama of walkout from the recent cabinet meeting played by three Congress ministers Tara Chand, Raman Bhalla and Sham Lal Sharma, Jammu and Kashmir Youth Sharnarthi Action Committee (YSAC), today asked the Congress not to play politics with the sad plights of the PoK refugees who have still deprived of their basic rights since independence.
Committee General Secretary Iqbal Singh Iqbal while addressing the meeting said, “Now the alliance between both the NC-Congress had been ended and now they are only mocking at the plights of PoK refugees, who suffered for last 67 years at the hands of such irresponsible leaders. He condemned the drama played by the three ministers of staging a walk out for the refugee cause that too at the far end of the government, when government is going to complete its term and Model Code of Conduct is going to be enforced. He urged the ministers not play politics over their plights for their political gains.
He added that PoK refugees have understood their game plan and will suitably reply in forthcoming assembly elections as they had done in parliament elections.
He further said that the intentions of these leaders had been exposed and people had identified their hidden agenda about befooling the PoK refugees for their vote bank politics.
