Jammu : Sana Dua to represent India at Miss United Continents 2017


Mumbai, July 18 : “Flying with my feet on the ground. Simple yet strong, Free Spirited yet grounded” is how fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2017 1st runner up, Sana Dua describes herself.

The gorgeous lady who hails from Jammu and Kashmir  is all set to represent India at the international stage. The lawyer and model is all set for Miss united continents 2017 which will be held in Guayaquil, Ecuador on September 23rd 2017. The event will be broadcast by Ecuador’s national broadcaster Gama TV and will open its satellite signal to television channels in Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Peru, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Miami and India.

The contest will also be broadcast on the PlayStation 4 console by the PSN service (using the satellite signal from Gamma TV) in the United States

A former Campus Princess finalist, Sana who is a perfect combination of beauty with brains will also be contending for the Miss National Costume and Miss Congeniality sub-titles among others. A known face within the modelling circuit, she was crowned winner of Femina Style Diva in the year 2016.

“I was looking forward to this announcement for really long. People keep saying that Miss India is a dream and it came true for me but honestly to be able to represent my country India at an international level has always been my dream. Today I realize that I am a Miss India. It gives me Goosebumps to express myself and the emotion to be able to be addressed as INDIA at an International level is the best thing ever one can dream of! I am very excited and I hope I can make the entire nation proud and be able to deliver my best at the pageant Miss United Continents.  At the fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2017 pageant she was adjudged winner of Stars Cosmetics Best Makeover sub contest. Sana considers being referred to as ‘India’ on a global platform as a matter of pride and is looking forward to make her country proud once again at the international arena.
More than 53 candidates from across the globe and autonomous territories of all continents will compete for the coveted title of Miss United Continents 2017. At the end of the event Jeslyn Santos, Miss Continents United 2016 of the Philippines will crown her successor.
