J&K Mahila Congress welcomes decision to end alliance with NC

A meeting of Mahila Congress functionaries was held here today at PCC HQ Shaheedi chowk, Jammu. The meeting was presided over by Smt. Indu Pawar-MLA & State President of Mahila Congress.

The meeting hailed the decision taken by the high command of the Congress party to contest coming assembly elections alone.

Addressing the meeting Smt. Pawar asked the Mahila Congress workers to put in their all out efforts and ensure victory of party candidates. She said that people have lot of expectations from Congress party, as Congress always stood for poor and down trodden people of the society and has maintained secular character of our society. The Congress has always sacrificed for the unity and integrity of the Country and the State.
